The "Kurent" cocktail is the first sip to try, it has Caña Alta Joven Verde, plum cordial, pineapple and lemon juice, with a fruity mouthfeel and citrus notes.
The "Anubis" cocktail is made with Johnnie Walker Black Label, cocoa syrup, aromatic bitters and is smoked with palo santo. Another highlight is the "Alba Capsicum", made with Johnnie Walker Black Label, Sinsonte (Peruvian chili bell pepper liqueur), pineapple juice, lemon cordial, kion syrup and aromatic bitters.
If you wish to try something with the acclaimed Vermouth Avelino and Matacuy, ask for the "Aegir", also made with Tanqueray and brown cocoa liqueur, bottled and accompanied by an orange peel so that the customer can flavor the cocktail himself.
It also has an exclusive menu of reversioned classics; the dishes of the food menu are signed by Oscar Lorenzzi, chef of the Contento restaurant in New York, who designed complex and simple dishes at the same time.
